Shipping Policy – EYRA

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.


2. Delivery Timeframes

We ship nationwide within South Africa using ARAMEX Store-to-Door.

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days

  • Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your parcel directly through the ARAMEX tracking system.


5. Delays & Liability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, EYRA is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays (including ARAMEX)

  • High order volumes

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

EYRA will not be held responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional shipping costs required to re-deliver an order


7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot

  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier

Resolutions (replacement or refund) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
